**Job Description:**
- **Unit Information:**
- Number of Beds: 54
- Number of Staff: 125
- Patient Ratios: 4:1
- EMR: Meditech
- **Shift Details:**
- Schedule: 7A - 7P
- Rotating weekends required
- **Team Composition:**
- Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 Sitters
- Night Shift: 2 Charge RNs, 8 RNs, 5 Paramedics
- **Required Skills:**
- Must have over 1.5 years of Emergency Room experience
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- **Preferred Skills:**
- 2+ years of Emergency Room experience
- Experience with Meditech EHR
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver patient-centered care
- Collaborate seamlessly with the healthcare team
- **Personality Fit:**
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- **Required Certifications:**
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
- **Dress Code:**
- Scrub Color/Attire: Royal Blue
