Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (11:00–23:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department serving a diverse patient population with medical, mental health, and chemical dependency needs.
Manage a patient ratio of 3:1 across all shifts.
Care for patients presenting with trauma, injury, and urgent medical conditions, with a focus on neuro, cardiac, and mental health specialties.
Utilize Epic (Excellian) for all clinical documentation and charting.
Work every third weekend as part of the standard schedule.
Float within the hospital or to an affiliate facility as needed to meet patient care demands.

Required Qualifications
Active RN license (Minnesota license in hand preferred; candidates may apply for MN licensure upon offer acceptance).
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience.
Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and TNCC.
Proficiency with Epic/Excellian charting system.
Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible.
No more than 5 days of requested time off during the assignment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a teaching hospital or Level 3 trauma center environment.
Background working with neuro, cardiac, or mental health patient populations.
First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply.
