Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,025 per week in Shawnee Mission, KS

You are expected to work a combination of weekend shifts in a 6-week scheduling period.

You will work in a general Emergency Department serving both adults and pediatrics. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4. You will be responsible for cardiac monitoring and emergency response, including the management of dysrhythmias. You will manage patients with multi-system organ dysfunction and failure. You will provide IV therapy and phlebotomy, including central line care and management. You will administer continuous IV sedation and IV vasopressors. You will manage respiratory needs, including CPAP/BiPAP and ventilated patients. Isolation precautions and triage experience are essential. Previous experience in a STEMI and Stroke certified facility is preferred. Floating between departments, units, and facilities may be required. You are expected to work a combination of weekend shifts in a 6-week scheduling period. You will have holiday shift assignments and charge RN assignments as needed. Compliance with all required certifications and skills is mandatory for this role.
