Staff will be expected to work every other weekend and holidays as needed by the unit. Expected to be clocked in and ready for report at the start of the shift. Daily patient ratios are typically 5:1. Patient age groups include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The unit has a daily census of approximately 260. Number of rooms in the unit is 49 with 59 beds available. References at the supervisor level are required. Modules will be completed during the orientation process and annually thereafter.
