Key Responsibilities of the ER RN- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization
- Assess and triage patients promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Requirements of the ER RN- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Active TX or Multistate nursing license
- Minimum of 1 year of ER experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Proficiency with the Cerner charting system
