- Basic Life Support Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 months of hire date or job transfer date.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Description:
Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Implements and monitors patient care plans.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions as appropriate.
Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with healthcare team members.
Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Ensures compliance with required certifications.
