Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Room/Emergency Department in Salem, VA. This is a travel assignment suited for nurses with prior ER experience. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Perform rapid sequence intubation (RSI) and administer sepsis interventions
• Implement stroke protocols including tPA administration
• Place central lines and provide care for psychiatric patients
• Manage patient transfers to other facilities under EMTALA guidelines
• Maintain effective communication and teamwork within the emergency department

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Completed 2-3 travel assignments
• 2-3 years of ER experience
• Preferred experience with high acuity, fast-paced ER settings
