Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in the Emergency Room for a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves coordinating and implementing patient care, ensuring quality services are delivered efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room- Obtain and record initial assessments and establish priorities according to patient age, symptoms, and needs.
- Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends for intervention.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans within established time frames.
- Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on patient outcomes and modify care plans accordingly.
- Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning.
- Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans.
- Perform various Point of Care testing procedures.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
- Current BLS Certification required
- Current ACLS Certification required
- Current PALS Certification required
- Current TNCC Certification required
- CPI/De-Escalation Certification preferred
