Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department – Kansas

Start Date: September 22, 2026

Location: Wichita, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts. Staffing model includes 1 charge nurse, 4 bedside nurses, 1 tech, 1 unit clerk, 1 physician, and 1 midlevel provider per pod.

Requirements:

  • Current Kansas RN license or compact state license (eNLC)
  • Minimum 1 year of recent hospital emergency department experience required
  • Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, PALS, and TNCC
  • CPI Blue Card certification required
  • Experience in large facility emergency departments (52+ beds) strongly preferred
  • Meditech EMR experience highly preferred
  • Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
