Highlights:
- 27-bed emergency department with a collaborative team of approximately 50 RNs and 25 medics
- Patient ratios of 4-6:1 in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Exposure to critical procedures including RSI, sepsis interventions, stroke protocol with tPA administration, central line placement, and psychiatric patient care
- EMR system: Meditech
- No floating required; no on-call expectations
- Dress code: Navy blue or white scrubs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of emergency department experience required
- Must have completed 2-3 travel assignments
- Experience with patient ratios of 5:1 preferred
- High-acuity ER and high-volume environment experience strongly preferred
- Active RN license in good standing
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
- Preferred certifications: ENPC, NRP, NIH
