Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Salem, Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Four weekend shifts (Friday or Saturday for nights; Saturday or Sunday for days) per four-week scheduling period. No on-call required. Day shift staff ratio increases at 11am and 3pm to manage patient volume. Typical patient ratios 4-6:1.

  • Dress code: Navy blue or white scrubs

Requirements:

  • Active RN license
  • 2-3 years Emergency Department experience required
  • Must have completed 2-3 travel assignments
  • Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
  • Preferred Certifications: ENPC, NRP, NIH
  • Preferred: Experience in high-acuity, high-volume emergency departments with 5:1 patient ratios
