Unit Information:
Number of beds is 34.
Staff on day shift includes 1 Charge RN, 6-7 RNs, and 3 CNAs.
Night shift staff includes 1 Charge RN, 5-7 RNs, and 2 CNAs.
Patient ratios on day shift are 1:4-6.
Type of equipment includes EMR - Cerner.
Typical procedures performed include:
IV fluids
Tube feeds
PEG feedings
IV antibiotics
Ideal candidates should be team players.
Nurses should be willing to assist CNAs and other nurses.
Must follow established policies and unit guidelines.
Attendance at shift huddles is required.
Timeliness in clocking in and out for shifts is essential.
Every other weekend work is required.
