Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,990 to $2,211 per week in Central Minnesota, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting with a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Perform triage assessments and manage emergency patient intake
• Float to inpatient units (including Med/Surg, Ortho, Neuro, ICU, Progressive Care, and others) as staffing needs require
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma, Teaching Hospital
• Provide holiday coverage as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license in hand at time of submission, or proof of completed Minnesota license application (Minnesota is not a compact state)
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
• Triage experience required
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• ENPC or PALS certification required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• All RTO must be finalized and submitted at time of profile submission; no RTO permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment; maximum of 7 days RTO permitted per assignment
• Must commit to completing Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing; fingerprinting must be completed in person in Minnesota on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level I or Level II trauma experience
• Arterial line (Art Line) experience
• Epic EMR experience
