- Number of Beds: 52
- Number of Staff: 134
- Staff Composition:
- Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, 4 RNs, 1 Tech, 1 Unit Clerk, 1 Physician, 1 Midlevel per pod
- Night Shift: 1 Charge RN, 4 RNs, 1 Tech, 1 Unit Clerk, 1 Physician, 1 Midlevel per pod
- Patient Ratios:
- Average: 3:1
- Low Acuity: 5:1
- Pediatrics: Team Nursing (Estimated ratios, not guaranteed)
- Equipment: Alaris
- EMR: Meditech
- **Typical Hiring Profile:**
- **Must have:**
- Minimum 1-year ED RN experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- CPI Blue Card
- Experience in traveling or working in large facility areas
- **Preferred:**
- ENPC certification
- Meditech experience
- Experience in facilities larger than 52 beds
- **Unit Procedures:**
- IV starts and medication administration
- Sedation procedures and Pediatric care
- **Ideal Candidate:**
