- **Number of Beds**: 8
- **Total Staff**: 23 RNs
**Staffing Schedule**:
- **Day Shift**:
- 2 RNs (7a-7p)
- 1 RN (9a-9p)
- 1 RN (11a-11p)
- **Night Shift**:
- 2 RNs (7p-7a)
**Patient Ratios**: 1:4
**Equipment You'll Use**:
- GE Monitors
- Nursecall system
- Small Ventilator
- Baxter Pumps
- Zoll Defibs
**EMR System**: Meditech
**Who We're Looking For**:
- **Must have skills**:
- Independent IV skills
- EKG skills
- Assessment skills
- Previous ER Experience
- **Preferred skills**:
- Experience in the Freestanding ED setting
- Independent mixing of Pharmacy drugs (e.g., Tpa, KCentra)
**Typical Procedures**:
- IVs
- EKGs
- Medication mixing
- Scanning of medications for every patient / every med
