They must obtain the required license before the contract begins. Flex shifts are available. Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday. Travelers will float to other specialty clusters as necessary. Assigned assignments will be medically appropriate. The unit may include high-risk respiratory units. Travelers must be available to float to other facilities as needed. Travelers must be comfortable floating with no restrictions or special requests. Minimum qualifications include a BSN or Associate degree in Nursing. Candidates should have previous charge experience for at least 2 years. Patient ratios are typically 4:1. Candidates should be familiar with charting systems, specifically Epic. Required modules may be part of the onboarding process. Candidates must be prepared to comply with facility policies and procedures. A background check may be conducted as part of the hiring process. Failure to disclose relevant information may negatively impact candidacy. Travel experience is required for this position. Compensation and incentives will not be offered to travelers.
