**Exciting Opportunity for an Emergency Room RN**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic Emergency Department with:
- **40+ Beds** for patient care
- **120+ Committed Staff Members** working in a collaborative environment
- **Day & Night Shifts** with dedicated CNC, Team Leads, RNs, Advanced Paramedics, EDT, MHSC, and Secretaries
- Experience fast-paced patient care with:
- **Patient Ratios:** 4:1 (3 rooms and 1 hall bed during high volume)
- **Advanced Equipment:** cardiac monitors, EKGs, Ultrasound, Belmont Rapid Infuser, IO Drills, Lifepak, and more
- **Electronic Medical Records:** Meditech
- Ideal candidate qualities:
- **Must Have:**
- Exceptional adaptability
- Strong team player mentality
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Experience thriving under pressure
- Background in medical roles (RN, Medic, Technician, etc.)
- Demonstrate these essential procedures:
- IV starts and phlebotomy
- Cardiac Monitoring/Interpretation
- Personality fit:
- Outgoing and positive attitude, especially under pressure
- **Required Certifications:**
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, CPI for RN
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI for Medic
- BLS, CPI for all staff
- **Dress Code:**
- RN: Gray scrub top, black or gray scrub bottoms
- Medic: Gray scrub top, black or gray scrub bottoms
- EDT/Secretary: Caribbean blue scrub top, Caribbean blue or black scrub bottoms
- Approved T-shirts may be worn under scrub jackets
