Schedule: Every other weekend required; 4:1 patient ratio for medical patients, up to 7:1 for behavioral health holds; floating required within all ED sections

Requirements:
- Active RN license in North Carolina or multi-state compact license
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting
- Previous experience in a Level II trauma center and high-volume ED strongly preferred
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required prior to start date
- ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated teamwork mentality with ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department
