Description:
Contract position for an RN in the Emergency Room.
The role is for 13 weeks, working from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
No on-call requirements.
The unit consists of 48 private rooms and additional stretchers for patient care.
Staff includes charge nurses, patient care technicians, paramedics, and licensed vocational nurses.
The facility has a patient ratio of 1:4 for the emergency department, 1:5 for behavioral health, and 1:3 for cardiac/trauma.
Essential equipment includes pumps, rapid infusers, and stretchers.
Candidates must possess certifications in ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS to be eligible.
Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
Preferred skills include trauma experience and holding inpatient experience.
A successful candidate will be a multitasker, team player, and self-starter.
The dress code requires navy blue scrubs.
All staff are expected to adhere to established policies and guidelines.
