**Exciting Opportunity for Travel RN - ER!**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic team in the Emergency Department, providing exceptional care to patients!
- **Start Date:** ASAP
- **Shift:** Nights (7 PM - 7 AM), every other weekend required
- **Duration:** 13 weeks
**Requirements:**
- Current **BLS**, **ACLS**, and **PALS** certifications
- 1-2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
- Experience with **Cerner** is preferred
- Active Alabama RN license (with no hits)
- Candidates must reside **greater than 50 miles** from the facility
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality care to emergency patients using the Nursing Process
- Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment in patient care
- Work in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies
- Maintain clinical competency through ongoing education
- Delegate care priorities based on staff education and experience
- Supervise and guide assigned personnel in patient care delivery
