There are 73 FTEs on staff, with varying roles for both day and night shifts. Patient care ratios are 1:4 in designated zones. The unit utilizes GE monitors and employs an Electronic Medical Record system. Candidates should possess high energy, self-motivation, and amiability. The position requires 4 weekend shifts within a 4-week period, and there is no on-call requirement.
