Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,912 to $2,124 per week in Spokane, WA

Contract | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Days (7:00–19:00) or Nights (19:00–7:00) | Every other weekend expected | 48-hour shifts approved

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting with an expected ratio of 1 RN to 4 patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across the acuity spectrum
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities as needed during the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling needs upfront at the time of submittal — post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard terms; locals within 50 miles may be considered at an adjusted rate
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start (charge RNs and leads accepted)
• Background policy: facility does not accept Nursys or background hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency department
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes and pre-start module completion requirements
• Experience floating between units or sister facilities in a health system environment
