# Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Texas
Start Date: October 12, 2026
Location: El Paso, Texas

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 36 or 48 hours per week (based on facility approval). Weekend requirement: 4 weekend days during contract period.
Highlights:- 13-week contract assignment in a 26-bed Freestanding Emergency Department
- 4:1 patient ratio with comprehensive team support including CNCs, HUCs, and PCTs/Paramedics
- Advanced equipment available including ventilators, EKG, and teleneuro monitoring
- Experience with high-acuity procedures including central lines, moderate sedation, cardioversion, and lumbar punctures
- Electronic medical record system (Level 3)
- Opportunity for permanent placement available
Requirements:- Current RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain)
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications required
- ENPC or PALS certification required
- CPI certification required
- Emergency department experience strongly preferred
- STABLE and NRP certifications preferred
- Proficiency in IV insertion, EKG, Foley catheterization, and other emergency procedures
