Schedule: 36 hours per week, rotating weekendsHighlights:- Work in a 12-bed free-standing emergency department serving the community for 13 years with experienced, tenured staff- Patient ratio of 1:4 providing quality, focused care to pediatric and adult populations- Utilize Meditech documentation system with advanced equipment including Hamilton Ventilators, EKG, and bedside monitors- Exciting growth opportunity as a new 68-bed hospital has been approved for construction on-site, expanding local services- Perform diverse procedures including pelvic exams, suture setup, and orthopedic splinting- Flexible floating policy to other locations if staffing allowsRequirements:- Active RN license in Tennessee- Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience required- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS (CPI preferred)- Advanced skills in drip titrations, breathing treatment administration, and pediatric/adult emergency care- Strong attendance record, teamwork abilities, and excellent communication skills with providers and peersWhy It's a Great Opportunity:Join a dedicated team of seasoned professionals in a well-established emergency department that has been a trusted healthcare resource for over a decade.
