Unit has 55 ER bays and 454 licensed inpatient beds. Patient ratios target is 2.6 manhours per visit. Patient experience requirements include following healthcare standards. Unit staffing includes unit secretaries and tech availability. Advanced skills may be needed based on procedures performed. Dress code requires navy blue scrubs.
