The patient ratios are approximately 3:1 on average, with low acuity cases at 5:1. Team nursing is utilized for pediatric patients. Ideal candidates should have experience in large facilities and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with electronic medical records is preferred, particularly with Meditech. Candidates should demonstrate strong skills in patient care and commitment to patient experience.
