Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Emergency Department – Colorado

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Aurora, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Travel assignment, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM shift. Rotating schedule supporting a busy 50-bed Emergency Department with collaborative team coverage.

Highlights:

• Fast-paced Emergency Department with 50 beds serving diverse patient populations
• Patient ratios typically 1:4 or 1:5 depending on acuity and department needs
• Work alongside experienced team of 68 emergency care professionals including RNs and EMT/Paramedic support staff
• Meditech EMR system with standard ED equipment including EKG, cardiac monitors, and blood glucose monitoring
• Full scope Emergency Department care including trauma, stroke, and critical care patients
• Travel RN position offering competitive compensation and benefits package

Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN license or compact state license eligible for Colorado practice
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Emergency Department experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required
• CPI Blue Card certification required
• Level II Trauma Center experience preferred
• Stroke care experience preferred
