The nurse will be expected to work major holidays as outlined. Full compliance is required to start on time. Orientation will include a non-billable component. Floating within the facility/scope of practice may be required. The patient demographic includes infants, adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The daily patient ratio is four patients per nurse. Interdisciplinary support is available, including respiratory therapy and social services. Candidates must have experience with multi-system organ dysfunction and violent behavior management. Travel experience is required for this position. Behavioral health skills are essential for this role. The unit does not accept travel pairs. No call requirements are included for this position.
