Requirements:
- Active Ohio permanent RN license or active Compact State license required at time of submission
- Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC (must be active, no pending certifications accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of combined permanent experience in the specialty
- One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director from an assignment within the past 12 months (co-worker references not accepted)
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Negative drug screen required within 12 months of start date
- Clear background check with no open cases and clean license history
- BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
