**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team!**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
- **Travel Experience:** Yes, required
- **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in ER
- **Certifications:**
- ACLS (Preferred)
- BLS (Required)
- NIHSS (Required)
- PALS (Preferred)
- TNCC (Preferred)
- **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- **Patient Ratio:**
- Days: 1:3
- Nights: 1:3
- Weekends: 1:3
- **Weekend Coverage:** Every Other
- **Patient Age Groups:** Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
- **Community Hospital Experience:** Preferred
- **Trauma Level II Experience:** Preferred
- **Skills Needed:**
- IV therapy/Phlebotomy
- Spinal cord injury management
- Cardiac monitoring and emergency response
- Care of ventilated patients
- Continuous IV sedation (Preferred)
- Procedural sedation administration/monitoring (Preferred)
- **Daily Operations:**
- Daily Census: 75
- Number of Visits Per Day: 75
- Number of Rooms: 22
- Number of Beds: 22
- **Charting System:** Experience with Epic required
- **Interdisciplinary Support Teams:**
- Respiratory Services
- Interpretation Services
- Radiology
- Pharmacy
- Unit Secretary
- **Special Procedures/Unit Details:**
- Schedule: 6 on, 8 off
- Isolation Precautions/PPE and Triage experience preferred
