Patient ratios will be maintained at 4:1. The emergency room handles a variety of cases, including trauma, respiratory issues, and more. Charting will be conducted using the Epic system. The unit has interdisciplinary support, including IV teams, respiratory services, and pharmacy. The daily census is approximately 75 patients, with a total of 21 beds available.
