The unit accepts first-time travelers. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential due to the interdisciplinary nature of care. Flexibility to float to similar units based on facility needs may be required. Candidates must have valid certifications in ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIHSS, with additional certifications preferred.
