Candidates without necessary skills will not be considered for the role. Preferred candidates will have ENPC certification. Typical procedures performed include certified chest pain, comprehensive stroke, Level 1 trauma, and accredited burn care. The ideal candidate should be easy-going, flexible, have a positive attitude, and a patient-first philosophy. Candidates must complete required certifications within a 30-day grace period if not already possessed. No floating is required, but cross-training for a sister facility may occur. The dress code requires royal blue scrubs, preferably branded. Self-scheduling is available, with a requirement for four weekend shifts per month.
