Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Airway and respiratory procedures including intubation support and ventilator management
- Vascular access including peripheral IV insertion and central line assistance
- Trauma procedures such as trauma assessment and resuscitation participation
- Emergency procedures, sedation monitoring, and emergency childbirth assistance
- Cardiac and critical care procedures including 12-lead ECG and ACLS resuscitation
- Neurological emergency procedures and wound care management
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC, NIH, CPI certifications
- Expertise in caring for an acute population
- Experience with Meditech
- Strong communication skills and energetic approach
- Trauma center experience
