Description:
Contract position for an RN in the Emergency Department.
The shift will be from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
The role requires a commitment to working weekends, with a total of 4 weekend days required.
The unit consists of 26 beds and has a staff of 67 members.
Staffing includes 6-7 RNs, a charge nurse, and patient care technicians on night shifts.
Patient ratios are typically 4:1.
Required equipment includes ventilators, EKG machines, and tele-neuro equipment.
Common procedures performed in the unit include IV insertion, EKGs, Foley catheter insertion, lumbar punctures, central line placements, moderate sedation, and cardioversion.
Candidates who are team players, open to learning, and energetic are preferred.
The dress code is cobalt/royal blue scrubs only.
