Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in Emergency Room nursing required. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission. Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required and must be active and in hand at the time of submission. TNCC is preferred. Must-Have: Must have previous charge experience. One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required for submission. Description: This position involves working in a fast-paced emergency room environment. The nurse will provide high-quality care to patients in various critical conditions. The role requires strong assessment and critical thinking skills. The nurse will be responsible for triaging, administering medications, and performing procedures as needed. Effective communication with the healthcare team and patients' families is essential. The position requires adherence to safety and quality standards. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Flexibility to rotate shifts will be required.
