**Job Description:**
- **Unit Information:**
- Emergency Department with a total of 30 beds and 8 hall beds.
- Supportive team of 77 dedicated staff members.
- **Shifts:**
- Day Shift: 7A-7P
- 7 RNs, 1 Paramedic or LVN, and a Charge Nurse (CN) amongst others throughout the day.
- Night Shift: 7P-7A
- 8 RNs, 1 Paramedic or LVN, and a CN.
- **Patient Ratios:**
- Enjoy manageable patient care with a ratio of 1:4.
- **Equipment:**
- Utilize state-of-the-art tools, including:
- Baxter IV pumps
- GE Monitors
- Ventilators
- BiPAP/CPAP machines
- Belmont Rapid Infusers
- Portable EKG machines
- **EMR System:**
- Work with Meditech for efficient patient documentation.
- **Ideal Candidate:**
- **Must-Have Skills:**
- Compassion and empathy are essential.
- **Preferred Skills:**
- TNCC and ENPC certifications.
- **Typical Procedures:**
- Engage in diverse clinical activities such as:
- NIH protocols
- IV and blood draws
- Moderate sedation
- TNK
- Cardiac monitoring
- **Personality Fit:**
