**Job Description:**
- **Unit Information:**
- Number of Beds: 22
- Number of Staff: 64
- Patient Ratios: 4:1
- **Shift Details:**
- Schedule: 3p-3a
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- **Team Composition:**
- Day Shift: 1 CNC, 1 PCT, 1 UNIT CLERK, 5 RN
- Night Shift: 1 CNC, 1 PCT, 1 UNIT CLERK, 5 RN
- **Essential Qualifications:**
- **Must have:**
- BSN
- BLS
- ACLS
- **Preferred:**
- 1 year ER experience
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Accurately assess patient acuity and assign appropriate triage level
- Identify and prioritize patient needs; execute in a timely manner
- Collaborate with physicians to formulate effective care plans
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating patient needs
- Maintain a focus on quality and compassionate patient care
- Participate actively in problem-solving to enhance unit processes and patient flow
- Coordinate diagnostic tests and treatments for timely patient care
- Safeguard maximum patient safety at all times
- Adapt flexibly to changes in patient volume
- Foster professional relationships with other nursing units and departments
