**Job Description:**
- **Location:** 509 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801
- **Position:** Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
- **Shift:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
- **Duration:** 16 Week Holiday Coverage

**Position Requirements:**
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years as a nurse, with at least 1 year in an ER setting.
- Previous experience in a Level II trauma center is preferred.
- **Certifications Required:**
- ACLS before submitting to role.
- BLS before submitting to role.
- PALS before submitting to role.
- TNCC before date of hire.
- CPI before date of hire.
- NIHSS before submitting to role.
- ENPC before submitting to role.
- **Skills:**
- Strong teamwork mentality and the ability to provide real-time feedback.
- Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED and adapt to changing needs.
- **Unit Specifics:**
- 101 beds in the Emergency Department.
- Patient ratios typically at 4:1, up to 7:1 for behavioral holds.
- Documentation using Cerner.
- **Dress Code:**
- Navy scrubs required.
