**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Memorial Hospital of Martinsville, Martinsville, VA
- **Position:** Acute Travel RN: ER (7P-7A)
- **Unit:** Emergency Department
- **Number of Openings:** 1
- **Shift:** 7 PM to 7 AM
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Weekend Requirements:** As Needed/Every Other
- **Call Requirements:** As Needed
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting.
- Utilize your strong nursing skills to assess and treat patients of all ages.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
- **Certifications Required:**
- ACLS
- BLS
- CPI/Handle with Care
- NIH
- PALS or ENPC
- **Experience:**
- 1-2 years in an Emergency Room
- **Education:**
- Licensure/certifications required to work as an RN in Virginia
**Skills:**
- Must Have:
- Experience in Emergency Room settings
- Preferred Skillset:
- Familiarity with common diagnoses/treatments: Chest Pain, CHF, COPD, Psych
- Personality Fit:
- Professional, Positive, Compassionate, Team Player
