The EP (Electrophysiology) RN specializes in working with patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac electrophysiology procedures such as EP studies, ablations, pacemaker/ICD implantations, and more in a specialized EP lab.  The EP (Electrophysiology) RN role involves pre-procedure assessment, direct patient care during procedures, monitoring of hemodynamic and cardiac rhythms, administration of medications including sedation, and documentation compliance. 

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years EP or cath lab blended experience highly preferred
• Experience with Pacers, ICD's, Sub-Q ICD, Ablations (RF & PFA)
• Experience with circulating cases
• Experience with moderate sedation
• Scrub experience preferred
• BLS & ACLS required
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
