Key Responsibilities of the RN - Electrophysiology Lab- Perform comprehensive care with an emphasis on procedural support for EP and Cath Labs
- Administer and monitor procedural sedation
- Maintain and operate advanced cardiovascular equipment
- Provide critical care and oversight during complex procedures
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including radiation and laser safety
- Manage patient recovery post-procedure, ensuring thorough assessment and documentation
Requirements of the RN - Electrophysiology Lab- 2 years of RN experience in a similar setting
- Active Pennsylvania or Compact RN License
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Proficiency in EPIC charting system
