**Position Information:**
- **Role:** RN
- **Specialty:** Electrophysiology
- **Number of Openings:** 1
- **Shift:** Days, 4x10, 0700-1730
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks
- **Required Licensure:** Current RN License in the state of Missouri
- **Required Certifications:** BLS from AHA only
- **Preferred Certifications:** ACLS from AHA only
- **Years of Experience:** 1 year in EP lab
**Unit Highlights:**
- **Number of Beds:** 3 EP rooms
- **Patient Care Focus:** Cardiovascular patients
- **Equipment Used:** EP procedure room equipment, Digital Angiography Equipment, PACS
- **EMR:** EPIC
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Scrubbing Electrophysiology cases including devices and ablations
- Manipulating angiography equipment and selecting exposure factors
- Lifting, moving, and transporting patients with care
- Recognizing and responding to emergency situations
- Collaborating with Radiology, OR staff, and Surgeons
- Cleaning and maintaining necessary equipment and supplies
- Assisting with pre and post-procedure patient care
