Job Summary:
Electro Physiology Lab (EP LAB) Specialist in a healthcare facility is responsible for providing direct patient care to adult and geriatric patient populations. The role focuses on assessment, planning, implementation, and continual reassessment of patient care. The specialist efficiently utilizes skills and certifications to ensure safety and high-quality clinical service delivery within the electrophysiology laboratory setting.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week, starting on 10/05/2026 and ending on 01/04/2027.
- Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience, valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Experience with Baseline Measurements, Cardiac Ablation, Cardiac Mapping, Conduction Studies, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Hybrid Operating Room, Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Pacemaker Insertion, Scrub Procedures, and Tilt Table Studies.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE MacLab, Carto and Abbott ablation systems, monitoring and circulating for ablation cases.
- Additional Information: No call or weekend coverage required. All clinical documentation and certifications must be uploaded within specified timeframes. Candidates must be compliant with RTO and holiday policies, complete onboarding labs promptly, and provide accurate work history verifications.
