DAY-SHIFT OUTPATIENT EP CLINIC RN CONTRACT – PROVIDENCE BURBANK CARDIOLOGY

First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel contract opening for an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) / Cardiology Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) in Burbank, California (Los Angeles County). Operating within the outpatient ambulatory cardiology office at Providence Medical Institute, this position offers a desirable 5x8 daytime schedule (08:30 AM - 17:00 PM / 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday). First-time travelers and local candidates are welcome! PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE

  • Weekly Gross: $2,775.00
  • Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,775.00
  • Hourly W2 Rate: $25.00/hr (40 regular hours)
  • Overtime Rate: $37.50/hr

SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

  • Schedule: Day shifts, 5x8-Hours, Monday through Friday (08:30 AM - 17:00 PM / 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 regular hours per week.
  • Weekends & On-Call:NO WEEKENDS & NO ON-CALL REQUIRED! Enjoy every single weekend off.
  • Floating Requirements:NO FLOATING REQUIRED!
  • Clinical Scope & Responsibilities: Outpatient clinic environment managing adult cardiology consults, follow-ups, and device patients. Supports the EP Device Division utilizing MURJ for remote reports and alerts, assists medical assistants with elevated clinical advice calls, triages urgent cardiac symptoms, supervises in-clinic stress tests, and utilizes cardiac device readers.
  • EMR System: Epic EMR.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience in Electrophysiology (EP) or Cardiology is required. Device management experience and EP tech background are strongly preferred. First-time travelers accepted!
  • Licensure: Active California RN License (must have license in hand within 2 weeks of applying; compact license must be active at submission).
  • Certifications Required: * American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Local Candidate Policy: Local candidates are accepted (under local program billing guidelines).
