**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse - Pacemaker Electrophysiology!**
**Job Description:**
- Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Pacemaker Electrophysiology.
- Be an integral part of delivering exceptional patient care and enhancing patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clinic providers and staff to ensure efficient coordination of care.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide comprehensive education and support to patients and families about cardiac devices and arrhythmia management.
**What You Bring:**
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- At least one (1) year of registered nursing experience.
- International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE) certification.
- Experience with pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs).
- Proficiency with major medical device platforms (Biotronik, Medtronic, Abbott, and Boston Scientific).
- Strong knowledge of cardiac arrhythmia management and EKG interpretation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Interrogate cardiac devices and manage patient responses to therapy.
- Coordinate follow-up care and maintain accurate patient records.
- Perform diagnostic tests as ordered, including EKGs and monitors.
- Schedule surgical procedures for cardiac device patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education on electrophysiology procedures, including ablation therapy.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
