Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Nurse Location: The healthcare provider is seeking a qualified EP Lab Nurse to join the specialized team operating in an acute care setting. This role involves supporting cardiac electrophysiology procedures, including pacemaker and ablation cases, within a short-term acute care facility. The position offers an engaging environment focused on complex cardiac and electrophysiology interventions, requiring knowledgeable and adaptable clinical skills.
Job Details
- Position Description: This is a non-billable orientation (NBO) role in the EP Lab, with the ability to float between units as needed. The candidate will circulate during electrophysiology procedures, supporting pacemaker insertions, ablations, and other specialized cardiac procedures.

- Location Requirements: Valid state license; compact license must be in hand at submission
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related clinical setting, with at least 1 year preferred
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
- Preferred Qualifications: Circulator experience in electrophysiology, cardiac ablation, pacemaker insertion, and hybrid procedures
- Additional Responsibilities: Support interdisciplinary teams including IV, respiratory, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response services. Experience with cardiac electrophysiology procedures and specialized equipment is preferred.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must include responses to prior employment at Providence facilities, two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years, and details of any previous work at Providence as a permanent, travel, or per-diem employee.
