Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, NICU – Omaha, NE

Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 guaranteed hours per week, 0.9 FTE

Highlights:

  • Temporary to permanent opportunity with a maximum 13-week travel assignment
  • Level IV NICU experience with high-acuity surgical patients
  • Dynamic environment within a standalone pediatric facility with float opportunities to other ICUs
  • Ideal for experienced NICU nurses comfortable with complex care including ventilated patients and tracheostomy management

Requirements:

  • Active RN license
  • Level IV NICU experience required
  • Experience caring for high-acuity surgical patients, including those with tracheostomies
  • Comfort with ventilated patients and managing complex cases
  • Ability to float to other pediatric intensive care units (PICU, CCU)
  • Must reside 100+ miles from the facility to qualify for travel assignment
  • Standalone children's hospital experience strongly preferred
