**Exciting Opportunity: Registered Nurse Clinical Education Manager** **Job Description:** - Must have an active Alaska License at the time of submittal. - Proof of Flu Vaccine required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain an ongoing consortium-wide clinical education program for clinical staff. - Design, teach, and evaluate innovative training programs. - Act as an internal training and organizational development consultant. - Provide career development resources and coordinate regulatory training (BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC). - Collaborate with managers to identify clinical education needs and best practices. - Lead the clinical education team to develop and coordinate enriching educational programs. - Oversee the trauma registrar program for compliance with state regulations. - Assist outlying clinics in establishing and maintaining trauma designations. - Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of educational activities to enhance professional development. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. - Active, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska or another U.S. state required. - Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS; TNCC instructor certification preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of professional clinical instructor experience. - At least 5 years of professional nursing experience, with a minimum of 2 years as staff RN in ER, ICU, OB, or OR. - Two years of supervisory experience required. **Skills and Knowledge:** - Deep understanding of professional nursing principles, practices, and patient population care. - Ability to deliver educational content effectively for adult learners. - Familiarity with Alaska State Trauma Program and SEARHC trauma protocols. - Strong communication skills, both oral and written. **Personal Qualities:** - Ability to foster a positive training environment that emphasizes evidence-based practices. - Capacity to work collaboratively with healthcare team members. - Dedication to ongoing professional development and quality healthcare delivery. **Physical Demands:** - Regularly talk or hear and frequently stand, walk, and sit. - Occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs. - Capable of climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as needed. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
