Description:
Agency Nurse Educator for Ambulatory Care.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of solid Med/Surg experience.
The Nurse Educator will guide, coordinate, and direct the development and maintenance of a system for the evaluation of nursing care, practices, and procedures.
This includes the evaluation of nursing personnel within the clinical service.
The role involves defining, implementing, and maintaining standards of nursing practice.
Additionally, the Nurse Educator will evaluate the quality of nursing care rendered within the clinical service.
This position requires a solid clinical background.
